The firm
The firm is led by Khalid Masood Ghani, Advocate Supreme Court of Pakistan and Assistant Advocate General, Punjab, with Usama Hashmi, Advocate, as partner. Its senior partner brings more than twenty years of practice, including years of appearing for the Government of the Punjab before the Supreme Court and the Lahore High Court.
We take on matters at every stage: drafting the first petition in a district court, defending a service appeal before the Tribunal, and arguing the leave petition in Islamabad. Clients keep the same team throughout, and arguments are built on the record, the statute and binding precedent.
